I think the car will look spectacular in Shadow Gray Metallic.

Chaz's work is great.
But the rear end of this car is looking worse and worse.
It looks like Chevy designed one rear end for the new Blazer, Cruze, Camaro, and Corvette and is jusst reshaping them to fit each one of the chassis.
It doesnt fit the front of the car at all. Its hard to look at.
Front 3/4 is gorgeous. The back of the car is hideous. I really hope the camo is covering some significant deviations from what is coming through on the renders.

Single biggest design issues: "Coherence" and "Proportion"

Damn, I just spilled my afternoon milk all over my cookies.
OnPoint below says not a C8, so now I’m crying over spilt milk for nothing. Got me!

Yellow with black wing. I added wire mesh over a rough muffler, which will probably get blacked out in production. Very little retouching here.

great work C.. you have great skills... im so hoping that its active aero. or integrated to body like lambo.. the bolt on wing thing is not attractive in my view..

Is it your interpretation that they are LED light bars across the outside facia openings or are they chrome strips like on the C7? I ask because many of us C7 owners painted or covered the chrome facia opening strip to become black. Maybe the C8 will offer both LED or chrome strip depending on model or option.

Yes, the LED strip location is based on the night ride video, where there is lots of light coming from there. I realize those are probably flood lights for racing, but it seemed a natural spot. Also, there is another winglet in the center portion that other artists are adding. I know they go there because there are parking/collision sensors there in the prototypes. Since the very center is covered and is either disguise covering nothing or covering something, I've avoided conjecture there. I like it empty, but will probably add in the elbow wing at some point. It bothers me that the outer one and the inner one don't line up, leading me to think one or the other is not how it will be, but the inner sensor is definitely there.
