Not me. I have a deposit down for over 3 years. When it’s announced I’ll get interested. Up to then would, should could does not interest me

You are not. My father and I have restored a '62, a '64, and a '66 over the years (mostly him, I just did what I was told). This mid-engine has been a constant discussion over the years. We live in separate towns now, but everytime we get together, the topic of the next Corvette comes up. I can hardly believe we are on the brink of a MID-ENGINE CORVETTE. I have to pinch myself every few days. And don't think I'm not working towards putting one in my garage once the kid's college is paid for. So excited for the near future!

I'm on the site at least once a day.... often more. It takes a long time to filter through some of the baseless conjecture and speculation, not to mention leaks from a nameless friend who is 'in the know' at GM.
I do find it worth while when a true nugget or two pop up.
In the mean time, I'm just killing time until the 'reveal' (and for my name to rise to the top of the list at the dealer)....

I seem to recall the couple previous generations were getting some official teaser ads from GM several months prior to their full reveals. The C6 with the "what is that? Get me one." is one I remember and of course the progressive teasers for the C7 which mostly ended with the '1-13-13' tease. IIRC, these were being done for quite some time before the actual official reveal. I keep checking this forum daily to see if we have any official teasers being discovered. It's now just a little over two months from the Detroit show and so far nothing official. So I wonder if that show is going to be the one. Yeah, just thinking out loud here - I'm in anticipation mode lol
