GM Closing Plants
Will closing plants effect the C8?
Massive layoffs and the closing of five North American facilities. Does anyone think this will effect the C8 ME? GM is losing on the C7 ZR1 and lack of production numbers. GM expected to produce #4500 C7 ZR1. With the lack of production of the ZR1 will the C8ME be scraped?

1) GM's announcement today will not impact the C8.
2) GM is NOT losing on the C7 ZR1. They currently cannot keep up with the demand for ZR1 orders.
3) GM planned to produce around 2,000 ZR1s in the 2019 MY.
4) The C8 ME is not being scrapped, though someone might "scrape" one at some point.
