What about a "Manta Ray" logo?

What about a "Manta Ray" logo?
Has anyone ever thought to combine the recently mentioned (possible) "Manta Ray" naming with the logo? Now I know my drawing is abysmal, but maybe someone with the right drawing tools can maybe take this to the next level... Note the TWO points at the bottom of the logo rather than the single point... Remember a STING RAY has one single point at its nose (like the C7 single pointed logo) but a MANTA RAY as two... Just a thought!!

Thanks CRABBYJ for creating what was asked by a member. Clever on your part, but not attractive IMO. In addition to that not being what we all saw was shown in the key fob emblem, but that’s also “not happening” for other reasons.
Let;s go back to your earlier version as a “most likely” candidate (with the C8’s on the top showing its tighter V compared to the C7’s below that).

You do realize those C8 Key FOBs that were posted were fake - right? To say ANYTHING regarding the C8 is "not happening" is silly cause no one knows what "is" and "is not" happening...

C7 has a separate stingray logo on the side of the car that's not outlined in the shape of the C7 flags. So might not happen with C8 either.

Guys - the patent, the shape and the design could be real (cant argue for or against) - but THOSE in the pictures are NOT. The emblem alone is a sloppy attempt you get with a 3D printed model.. Maybe they will look like that in shape and size (I have no doubt), but as I stated above, the ones in that picture are not the real FOBs. This has been covered in another post over and over again... The Corvette emblem on my C6 FOB that's 13 years old looks cleaner and sharper than the emblems on those C8 FOBs. Please stop talking like you KNOW - cause you dont...no one does...but think about it - do you really think GM would allow a C8 emblem to look that sloppy for the most anticipated, most revolutionary generation in the history of Corvette?
In this case, I do know. I do this for a living (product development engineering and Industrial design) and it's 100% not fake. It is a real prototype.
I even stated in the other thread you are referencing that it is indeed a 3D printed prototype. That is not the same thing as FAKE.
Most of that FOB was plastic injected molded parts with silkscreening (A.K.A. a production process). Only the 1 panel with the logo on it was 3D printed. It was a PROTOTYPE.
Fake = someone falsifying something to pass it off as a genuine article. This a phase of development, not a forgery.
In order for someone to "fake this" they'd need to acquire a production FOB, remove the panel and print out a 3D print of that 1 panel and make a fake logo that is undeniably feasible to be the C8 logo. This would still require the CAD data from the file to ensure proper fitment and unless this forger hacked into GM's system to acquire protected data, it's 100% certain this was done by an employee working directly on the project.
3D printing is limited in layering resolution so you will not see ultra sharp lines especially on such a small logo. They likely hand painted this (it's what I do).
