By the time the kinks are worked out the model will be old news and we'll all be in the C9 forum arguing over flux capacitor gigawatt output.

Buy an early one if you can, use the warranty.

I kinda doubt they'll be mechanical gremlins. Now, electronic sensors, I DO expect to need refinement. As things become more complex, it takes more and more time to develop systems that co-operate with each other. I sure hope that GM has done as much as it can, to bring a product to market that is called "brilliant" by it's doubters.
