Not really that tall. You have to look at what hard info you have. Look at the license plate. It is a known size, 6" by 12". How many license plates will fit in the distance from the 3rd brake light to the ground. Using a grid on my computer, it works out to 5.6 license plates. This works out to somewhere around 34-35" inches. Then it would be 4"-5" to the top of "that" spoiler, for 38"-39" from the ground to the top of the highest point on the rear of the car.

I hope the finished product looks a lot better than the camo car suggests. I purchased my second C7 because I am not digging the C8. The proportions of the camo C8 are not to my liking. We will see?

Got to bring that back side down like this Aston Martin rendering. C8 would need to be elongaded a bit to do so, but IMHO would get the wedge look out of the car.

To my eye, it appears tht GM wrapped the spoiler with soft foam before applying the wrap to throw off it's true appearance. If you look closely, you can see that GM did this all over the car.

Seems awesome, as long as GM wants to create a Corvette that gets driven as often as an Aston Martin. I seem to recall that lots of people daily-drive their Corvettes however, so it might not work out if every Corvette owner has to replace the front end every time they drive over a speed bump.
