I booked a hotel in Windsor Ontario Canada for the NAIAS. Not going for the sake of the C8 reveal (which I doubt will be there) but just for a road trip and the show in general.Last NAIAS show I attended was in January of 2004 when they revealed the C6.

I think it would be real coo for a surprise release next week. But more likely, NAIAS leaked this to get some attendance... think about it. How many people cancelled their trip when the ‘delay’ was first leaked.
That said, friends of mine in the know, but bound by confidentiality agreements, have forwarded me several published articles indicating a release was possible. They can’t say anything, but I took this as a positive indicator. I invited them to Barrett-Jackson without a response too... also tells me they have something worth staying in Detroit for next week. Or maybe they just have to be at work.

- Disappear from the forum altogether
- Remain on the forum with yet another new username
- Try to explain away why it didn't happen
- Admit he was wrong on that prediction, yet maintain his other 'observations' are valid

I am willing to bet money that the Detroit show will come and go without ANY official word about the C8 from GM. No announcements, no teasers, nothing!

Given what is in the news and on the internet every day, what is on this forum is trivial. It's a free country, at least today, so let folks say what they want. Half of what you read is questionable so why would this forum be any different. Live and let live.
