7 new rumored C8 points
Removed...due to some taking amazingly acute offense as I covered points raised by a viewer....wow.
Updated...re-added video link.
Turns out, despite some being skeptical, there is indeed new info. Check the comments.
All Wheel Drive seems to be in the works, and Hybrid evidence has surfaced.
Exciting info.

The "new" rumors...
1. Performance will rival 488 and Ford GT
2. Price starting under $100k
3. Pushrod V8.. 520-550hp
4. Z06 DOHC V8 750+hp
5. Year 1 production is top priority
6. Some will like it, some will hate it, most will love it...lol whatever
7. ZR1 hybrid 900+hp
Save your time everyone. Just the same stuff that's been around for months with zero proof to back it up.

This part of the forum just gets blasted by youtubers dropping their latest video about the C8 and the videos are just regurgitated rumors from other sources. It's usually just spammy clickbait. It gets old.

Well, you can check the comments left on the video I referenced. Sad that engaging a viewer's comments results in getting blasted that way and added to someone's "sh*tlist". The great thing about Corvette is the active community. But, some have become, obviously, highly agitated! I make $0 off of the vids...just contributing to the dialogue. For some, these items are new...for others, they are old news. If old...just feel free to ignore...I guess.

Copy videos from "his site"? What info was copied? The vid I posted was entirely based on viewer comments from my own video. Go check it if you like. Also, as shown immediately above, some people do enjoy what's being posted. So, again...if it's not enjoyable to you (and I completely respect the that opinion), then scroll on by. I hope that you enjoy other videos I post, for example the one on Spring Mountain...for example. Really...no hard feelings. Not everyone will find value in every post.

Tony, great video and initial production quality. Nice lav mic you have there, etc. You have to take it as it comes man...if you are going to do youtube vids, people are going to spout...any engagement is good for the channel, good or bad. I find that negative viewers often view the longest and comment the most, which leads to better analytics and priority growth. There is one fact in anything media related...no such thing as bad publicity...any viewer is a good viewer, for you. Don't go into it expecting positive feedback and don't allow yourself to draw conclusions about a demographic or group, based upon the comments of a few weak minded folks.
Keep makin vids, keep goin, don't worry about people's opinions...just do you! I liked and sub'd...keep goin.

If the C8 price "starts" at $100K, count me out! I will not spend $100K for a 1LT version of a Corvette.
Realistically, I anticipate the stripped down first year version of the C8 starting at about $70K and a loaded version to hit about $90K.
The later Z06 version will probably approach the $100K entry price, but not the first model year.

Can you please elaborate? I have three vettes currently. I have tracked the C5Z for 14 years now. I picked up my ZR1 last month. The low center of gravity makes the vette a fantastic track vehicle. I also have a mercedes SL and S550 in the garages. Those overhead cams engines (higher center of gravitly) roll as though on rockers. I have absolutely no need for a performance overhead cam engine. BTW, the ZR1 does, indeed, fly!
