This is my "mid-engine" car. Which I have along side my C7. Personally, I really like the lines of the R8, more so than the Lambo, IMO. this one is also the RWS model, so its rear wheel only and is made on the same assembly line as their LMS race car.
458 and 488. Both lust worthy, the 458 appeals more to me because the lack of the large rear intake. This brings me to the one issue with the ME C8 test cars we have seen. It's not necessary the leading edge of the intake, it's the way it comes off the rear quarter at the top, this area.
That has been on all the cars we have seen, could be fake, it certainly looks uninspired to me.
I saw one of these (in this color) on the road recently and in person they are absolutely stunning. I work right down the road from Ron Tonkin Ferrari, so I see way more Ferrari's driving around than I do Corvettes.
To me, the 488 is the best looking mid engine design of all time.
I agree although the La Ferrari is possibly more stunning, especially in person. However the cost is off the charts......
Ok, beautiful lines, agressive and purposeful hyper car. Ya think GM has any chance of getting that mix in a 100k car? And I know, 100k may be high or low, who knows. Lol

Good investment. If you purchase one now for the current value of $3mil., you would double your money in a year. Peanuts for a guy like you.

I want to change my answer now.... Sexy...I don't need the RWS only model though....I'll take a "plain" one

Your garage styling is amazing. Who did that floor? Love that it covers the foundation as well.

I agree. 488 in person is an amazing sight, especially when its in motion and not just sitting in a parking lot.
I'm partial to form following function and one of the most amazing looking ME cars that I love to look at is probably the least practical car on the planet...

BAC Mono for the uninitiated.
I had read about those and hadn't seen much lately. Tell ya what, if I had the money I'd have one for track days. Thanks for the reminder of what i can't have! Lol
Beautiful, did it ever make production in that form, thought it was a prototype? It is spectacular!

The proportions of this AM are not only obsolete for AM's FE cars, but completely wrong for their ME car. A C5 and a C7 is the way to go for FE and ME cars alike.
