New York reveal ???
The sooner they debut the ZORA the better for their marketing. If they do in fact reveal at New York they can and should show at virtually every location possible after. Every single IMSA and INDYCAR race should have a display. Le Mans should have a large event. There are many F1 races that could have one on display. I remember one year at the Canadian GP in Montreal, they highlighted the Corvette with a big display and parade laps. By the way, the NY reveal should be in the Ballroom at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel with the #1 1953 Corvette XP-122 and the Radio City Rockettes prior to the Auto Show. Yes, the Waldorf Astoria is hallowed ground for Corvette and true lovers of this iconic car's history! What a show and it would be sublime!!

Trump Tower would be the best.

Not another reveal post.
Here's to a reveal before 2021.

This is the one they should have though! I'm not talking about the generic crap you guys have been talking about. This could be big time with the Rockettes.
This is from the above New York Times Article above.
Mr. Welburn regaled his guests with tales of Motorama’s opening day at the Waldorf, when police had to control a 45,000-person crowd intent on viewing the Corvette and other dream cars like the Buick Wildcat, Pontiac La Parisienne, Oldsmobile Starfire and Cadillac Orleans.
The show was accompanied by a revue with singers and dancers. After a couple of weeks, the cars were loaded into streamlined trucks, and the show moved to other cities. A total of 1.4 million people saw it.

Skank, when I heard they finally decided to build the ME, I asked many on this forum were was the first release of the Corvette. When I heard it was NY I said I could see GM marketing releasing the ME in NY even trying to be at the same spot. Interesting if they decide to do it in NY, they could make it a private event before the NY show. When was the first reveal Date and time in 1953?

This article says January 17, 1953
We really need to have the Rockettes there to do the big Kick Line as only the Rockettes can do.
Maybe even have the reveal at Radio City Music Hall.

If it were NY in less than 3 months from now, I believe they would officially be teasing it by now. So far, they've not even officially acknowledged it. All could change in a heartbeat but historically that's not how it went down.

Safety Car
The perfect reveal place in NYC would have been the Waldorf Astoria, just like 1953. However, it is closed for a massive remodel until calendar year 2021.

Not officially. There have been a few hints dropped by various GM execs in interviews.

TBH, the urge for new info has subsided in me.... for the time being. I guess I'm focused in on April and don't expect to hear anything till the show at that time. Just like my Game of Thrones jones is quiet since I know when the new season starts. Once HBO released the date, I'm not craving it as much.
But there's always the possibility another Zerv will pop up on the scene and start a new round of activity.

This! I am at peace with waiting until GM decides to tell me. I can wait, and no number of Zerv incarnations are going to affect me at all.

Darn it, I wanted to see the Rockettes do the Kick Line in front of the ZORA. That would have been stellar. Even the Europeans can't match that !
