Default Group of C8's spotted today (March 22) in NC

Hey Guys - for what it's worth, I was working at my home office today and a group of 6 or 7 camoed C8's went by my house @ 10am Friday 3/22. I live in the foothills of NC near some great curves that's also close to the NC/VA state line. Seemed to be followed by a white SUV support vehicle. I immediately jumped in the car and began the pursuit but with so many different paths to take... I was not able to find them. I have spent the last hour and a half looking but nothing. Such an exhilarating moment but without the payoff! Anyone else have recent sightings near me?

Lightening does strike twice in the same place. Redemption for me as I just got a couple of in motion pics just a few minutes from my house. Apparently they are still in the area. I live just north of the Winston Salem / Greensboro area of NC. Not able to find them afterwards but not giving up. Will post more pics if they turn out.

FANTASTIC!!! I was hoping they'd show up here. I'll keep an eye out for them in the south Wake County area. However, you're correct, there are some great roads up there on the VA/NC border in the Appalachian Mountain area. Hope they make it down here.

Agreed. I knew I would catch a little flak by not having any pics but thought it was worth the mention so others could be on the lookout in my neck of the woods.

As for the faster chase vehicle... there's always room for more HP! ;-)

You drove around for 1.5 hours trying to find them? That is real dedication and about 1.25 hours longer than I would have looked.

Yeah if they did the Dragon there's photos. Unless they were paid not to take them.

Hell I would, Nissan does lol

Why do you think Nissan moved it's HQ nearby? - The GT-R press photos were even on the Dragon and Nissan sponsors a number of the roads in that area (Cherohala, etc)

Take notice that in your picture BBC=540, the C8 doesn't have that ugly spoiler on the tail. Looks much better without it. Hopefully this is indicating our possible active aero package that we have discussed. That is the second picture in two weeks with no spoiler. It may be the very same car that was photographed up in MI a few weeks ago. Great capture on your part. Thanks BBC=540!!!
I was speaking to my buddy that I buy Corvettes from, you all know this person but I don't want to place any pressure on him so I won't mention his name. In our discussions, he mentioned that the C8 reveal may be prior to August. He also stated that the C8 should be able to hold two golf bags. I know that this means nothing to many forum members but to the golfers it is a bonus feature if it turns out to be true.
Cheers,

Hard to really make out in your picture with the blur, but the scoop opening appears significantly smaller & doesn't appear to continue on to the door?

Hey guys, here are the rest that I was able to get yesterday! Wish they could have been better quality but the best given the situation. As you'll see, all were taken at the same place passing through a small town stop light. Super pumped to catch them!

The middle one in the last post that I uploaded appears to have a different low wing on the back... maybe? I don't recall seeing that one. Or it could be the blurriness.
