Sounds to me like when the new Ranger configuration went live a few weeks early, and was quickly shut down and hour or two later. Someone working on the ordering system probably hit the wrong button. Whether that was accidentally or accidentally on purpose, we may never know...

Just going to put this out there, the copyright violation is the screenshot. There is no copyright violation in the data. So if someone were to re-copy and post all the data there is no violation of law and no reason why a takedown notice should be enforced.
