Now that is a work of art. Wish I could work on it myself.

Very nice looking Ferrari. Just do not like the double decker nose. Reminds me of the high nose of the Formula 1 with the wing hung down low below it

^^^ Sigh! if only GM could have brought itself to let their designers do it...

I find it fascinating how Ferrari can make odd design sexy. I can’t remember how many times that it was not love at first sight with Italian design but 5 minutes later I was head over heals. It is no doubt the Italians are good with proportions.

I would love to understand why, but the Italians have a sense of aesthetic that no one else has. They have a way of balancing form and function uniquely their own.

Probably because the people designing Ferraris are actual designers that are born designers, not just a paper degree.

Where people see the 488 similar to the C8 is beyond me. Look nothing like each other and never will.

Ferrari is designing a much more expensive car, and can indulge more design.
There's a long list of things they don't have to give a damn about, starting with golf clubs.

Looks awesome from the front and side, but the new Ferrari rear end design they're using on this and the 812 look absolutely awful to me. 458/488 and F12 rear ends look so much better IMO.

designing a pretty car vs an ugly car doesn't cost all that much different

I'm not a fan of most ferrari styling but this is a very pretty car.

now fork over 300k and then some Sheesh.

I'll take my cheap stuff that can walk it.

but no doub that's a pretty car

The Italians have been doing exotic metalwork for 500 years. They've had a lot of practice.

They have a much larger budget to do it with and build small numbers by comparison
