Who is the lead designer for the C8 or is it a group of designers who put all their ideas together to come up with a final design.

Not sure who it is now but me thinks for the C9 it will be Chazcron!

The back end looks square from that angle.

Renderings with the watermarks Chazcron created them with.

I think the Renderings look great...I’m hoping the new C8 real car looks great too...

This render looks good. Even better when the rear spoiler is not on the car. Hoping that there is no spoiler and that GM installed an active-aero system on the C8.
The side view looks so much better without any black trim on the edge of the intake. Things are looking up.
Cheers,

Says a lot for Chaz' skill when his rendering is mistaken for the real McCoy!

Doesn't look very pedestrian friendly. Will it be legal in Europe?

I hope not!!!! I admire his work and talents (I wished I had his talents) and nothing against his hard work but the design is not fluid and cohesive! I have faith in the Corvette team that the actual car looks much better than those renderings! Might be similar silhouette but should look dramatically better and sexier! Just like when you see two people look very alike but one is more attractive than the other.

Interesting how much front air intake area is available in this design now that the engine was moved to the back.

This car is going to be a major breakthrough from a lot of aspects (performance, appearance, engineering advances)
Why would anyone buy a new C7 if they were in the market for a Vette?
I can't wait to get my grubby mitts on one.

Because C7's will be about 25% off and I would never own a first year car with all of the issues and paying MSRP.
