Something I hadn't noticed - Exhaust tips show how convex the rear will be
Was examining the TT CAD and noticed the exhaust tips. Look at how much the outer one is offset making the bevels on the tip line up. We know the rear will be very dramatic and curved, but this shows just how much so.

Nice! Finally a new Corvette that has some styling in the rear fascia, not just squared off.

Good observation. It also looks like the exhaust tips on the camo car are different than the CAD. Each tip on the camo car looks squared off, but the CAD has them angled and following the same line.

You posted that to say what? Doesn’t prove him wrong. This article says that it could be possible, that the engine would be used. Right after it is said that the engine is Exclusive to Cadillac. So, it is contradictory statement. The Blackwing is a hot V engine, like the 4.0 Mercedes V8 M176/M177/M178. And like the BMW 4.4 V8 N63/S63 engine. From all info that is known, from the leaked CAD images, etc, the Corvette’s twin turbo engine is not a hot V configuration. There maybe cooling issues associated with that design in a mid engine configuration.

Excellent observation!! That's some concrete evidence right there.

These threads regarding the engine are more interesting than **** !
I just think and hope that the Z06 version is or would be more than the Current C7 Z06 power of 650hp/650tq.
The caddy engine is stated at 550hp.

We have engine order data indicating a 4.2TT. It would be bizarre to have GM design two entirely different 4.2TTs. It is far more likely the “same” engine will do both.
