that rear profile is awesome, that shark tail fin profile nails the corvette heritage.

Looks great on side profile but front and rear are hideous. Way worse than C8 renders from straight in to front and rear.

Aria car

Iíd bet not.

I seriously doubt the lawyers would allow a split window. Too many potential lawsuits for impaired visibility.

The rear pic is clearly orchestrated carefully to not show the side of the car. The camera angle was also deliberately from knee level to take the roof out of the pic. Try taking a pic from that angle without bending down and attracting attention. Anyone who believes this was not a GM initiated leak needs to go easy on the caffeine and get out of the carbon monoxide filled garage.

If GM leaked it early, it’s very possibly a bogus pic.
Yes This but more rearward and a bit lower and forming a reverse cove in the doors.

What about the myriad of lamborghinis and other cars that put covers over the rear window, are they awash in lawsuits for impaired visibility?

All the scoops shown in these renders stick out 6 inches, or 8 inches, or even 12 inches from the main body. The pic below asks the age-old question: "How do you fit 10 pounds of shi* in a 5 pound bag?" or in this case "How do you fit a 6-inch scoop in two inches of width?"

You don't.

You used my picture... that angle distorts how the scoop protrudes also the door flows in. It will be aggressive. People who have seen it are starting to talk more.

your image compares the rear of the scoop... the frot is kicked out. Pretty easy to see.

The scoop does not stick out... the door and center fender cave in...

Here is a quick look at a C7 that I chopped to "sink" the door section in and leave the fender and skirt in the same position.

By the way, these are my first and last side view renders of the c8. The first one rendered July 2017 !
