Default I'm not drinking the kool-aid

The car in the lastest leaked pics is in no way the new C8. No way GM keeps a tight ship on leaks to now decide to slack off. To be honest I am starting to think none of the renders will look like the C8.

It looks pretty much like the rear bumper that was spotted in the paint shop years ago. And it’s a match to the ‘ring cars. I do believe it will look better in person.

At least the rear looks better than the C7 brah.

I keep finding myself checking out videos of the new Porsche GT4 though, while it won't be as fast or flashy as the new Corvette it just looks sexy and cohesive. The only bad thing I guess is it seems like Porsche is holding it back to keep the 911 the front runner and I guess the fact that they're hard to find/purchase?

I’m thinking the new pic of the rear may be real, but I’m hoping there are really fake panels obscuring the real lines. If the car looks like the renders it will be ok, but not a gotta have it car. I’m just going to wait patiently until the 18th and reserve final judgement until then.

I get it trust me but I just don't believe this is the C8. We all have our opinion but something is not right even without the beautiful taillights of the C7

Please, Let’s stick to C8. Enough of the ridiculous cartoons.

Where is the center brake light? I seem to think this could be a mule on the line with a photoshopped color added

I have had 21 lifetime Vettes over the last 51 years. All with short deck, long hoods. But, I am totally ready for this one.
I'll take two. Of course, I ll keep my C6 ZRI for nostalgia sake.

Agreed - I've been to the factory and that looks like the open bay / alighnment area, one of the final stages of production.

People keep wishing for a miracle - if you don't like what you've seen so far, then you're out of luck.

Based on what you stated in a other thread and now this, I'd suspect you have some inside info.

Bad ***-end.

(Plate would also work for an ND Miata.)

I really think it's the real deal folks. Chaz nailed it! Unreal the talent!

I don't think GM would spend so many marketing $'s to mislead to this extent??? No way, or would they??

I really hope GM turns everyone on their heads - self included, but that looks like assembly. I've been to BG as well and that background looks VERY familiar. Although I'm sure the background looks the same at Lansing (Camaro) facility. J/K I get the Camaro thing, to me it looks almost identical.

Major props to Chaz - absolutely nailed it, unless all those mules are BS - highly unlikely. BUT prove me wrong GM, so I can keep my reservation to Jersey (Kerbeck) the following weekend!

Strictly from the back a Huracan is ugly. I need to see the whole c8 as well.

If you take the rear fascia alone off a lambo without the "Bull" or Lambo dialogue, well see attachment PRO photo of Huracan rear

I think if the taillights were just about 40-50% smaller the rear end would actually work.

It seems bug-eyed and I cant really understand why they did that.
