Default The first dealer the C8 will be going to

Just wanted to give a heads up for people wanting to go see the C8 after the reveal.
I know some dealers have been posting their schedule for the tour, so I gave Bob Stall Chevrolet (San Diego) a call to see if they were on the list, and they told me they were going to be the first ones to get it after the reveal and it is scheduled to be there on the 22nd and 23rd of July (mon/tues).

If anyone is local, I'll see you there on that Monday!

Kerbeck says July 26th and 27th, so nope. Plus San Diego is much closer from the reveal, so it makes sense.
I'm just going by what Bob Stall Chevy told me.

Wow, very impressed... does this mean they are in full production then after July 18th? Sounds too early to me but that's great if true.

I have a charity golf tournament on the 22nd, but can stop by early on the 23rd. Thanks for the heads up.

I doubt the tour is limited to 1 carrier and 2 cars...125 dealerships would take a year.

Full list and dates will be on the reveal site 7/19/19.

No this is just for a tour with the cars so the public can go check them out at their local dealer. They'll only be there a couple of days to see.

There are two tour trucks one for the west coast and one for the east coast.

Not sure but I would assume all day for the two days?
I'm just going to call them the day before to confirm the details.

Once the camo is peeled off after the reveal, engineers can take them home at night to test them , if you live in the Detroit metro area you'll see them all over the place.

No, BG will be building C7s through at least part of September, depending how many orders they received after they announced the final order cut-off date of 7/18. They may build some more C8s at the test car assembly facility, which is where the other mules were built, but those will not be considered production cars. I believe that's in Wixom, MI.

I hope Kerbeck gets a couple of truck loads of C8 to take to Carlisle this year.

I bought mt 2019 Grand Sport from Bob Stall; I agree they're a good dealership, they just have very limited parking to host this event.

I suppose we could park over at Grossmont Mall or Costco and Uber/Lyft over.
