Shadow Gray is unloved
Honestly, I really like it, probably with one of the red interiors. I thinks is classy and subtle, but it surely doesn't stir up much emotion here. Maybe, as previous poster said, I'm dating myself but we had it on C6 and CTS-V coupe. I guess I'm not entirely alone though... from https://www.porsche.com/usa/aboutpor...iew/article08/

I like gray because it acts as a canvas and lets you do whatever you want.
Orange, blue, red, you're pretty much limited to black accents. Maybe white.
Gray, white, black, you can use almost any color as an accent color to the car. Stripes, wheel lip, whatever. It gives you more options to be creative with what you do to the car, its easier to sell, looks good on its own without adding anything to it, and it doesnt attract a ton of attention. I've been buying gray cars for the last 20-something years.

On the C7 the Shadow Gray and the yellow were my favorites.
My C8 concern is the visualizer shows the yellow to be green and the gray to be blue.
Could be that my eyes are failing me, so not gonna pass judgement till I see them in person.

I had 2014 C7 Stingray Cybergray red interior
Sold it and got 2015 Z06 Tiger Shark grey red interion
99.99% I'm doing the same with the C8.
SG two adrenaline 3LT Z51 Mag ride, CF accents, and interior CF, engine bay red along with the calipers, at this time Spectra wheels
This time I may ad the CF flash stripes, if after awhile I'll remove them
Thought about Morello interior with the SG
Everyone loved the 2015 Z TSG with red interior, sporty n classy.
IMO it shows the lines the best.
Sold it and got 2015 Z06 Tiger Shark grey red interion

The visualizer is not very good. Shadow Gray is not blueish at all. Cyber Gray (2014 C7) was the bluest of the darker grays lately (Cyber/Watkins Glen/Shadow)

Out of all the C7’s I’ve seen in person the Cyber Grey Metallic always stands out to me, I was set on Long Beach Red but Shadow Grey is definitely the best color for me.
look forward to see if any other colors come out for the Z06, I still may pick the grey but will have to see the colors in person and more pictures over the next year.

IMO Shadow Gray is a gorgeous color, deeply metallic and dark enough to be stealthy and menacing. In person it really stands out on the C7 (to me anyway) as prettier than black with most of the same benefits. On the C8, I just wonder if those two dark colors really do justice to the lines of the car....

Cyber Gray was perfect. Shadow Gray has too much of a green hue under certain lights (for me, anyway).
My F350 is Magnetic Gray and I have the same problem with it, only it's a purple hue. I prefer my grays to be completely gray scale.
