Front camera

Guys, do I have to order a special package to get the front camera? I have ordered LTi and performance package.

You need 2LT or 3LT to get curb view camera, looks like you opted for 1LT

Hmm, perhaps for others but this is a list of he "Extra's You Get With 2LT."
Those in Red are key to me and worth the added cost over the 1LT:

Head-Up Display (needed with today's distracted drivers to keep eyes on the road)
Power Lumbar and Wing Adjustment (need to get lumbar where I need the back support)

If you get the 1lt with the PDR and navigation will you get the front camera?

Lots of modern life auto conveniences in 2LT that most peeps have in their daily driver. I personally can’t imagine Not getting 2LT unless it’s strictly a track car.

No. It will have the PDR camera, but not the two front curb cameras that come with 2LT/3LT.

Never liked spending the added money on Lt2 but every one I have owned has it. You really want to spring for the added features

Absolutely, GM knows how to package features people want into a package they’ll pay extra for even if they want just one feature. They got me with the rear view camera. There’s a lot of really nice to haves in the 2LT.

The first time you crunch the front splitter due to lack of curb view camera will be a good part of the 2LT option cost!

Yep my 3LT 2014 C7 didn't have it as it wasn't an option! After scraping the front splitter I started backing into parking slots that had concrete tire stops! PIA!

My current 2017 Grand Sport has the Stage 2 Aero option carbon fiber splitter. That's >$1500 replacement! But the 2LT has a front camera. Use it all the time. My C8 3LT on order has a $4850 Ground Effects option with carbon fiber splitter. Would NOT get that without a front camera!

Reminded of an issue my 2014 C7 and my Grand Sport. The 2014, got too close to a raised brick platform in front of a store, the Grand Sport turned too fast after backing out of a parking slot that was next to end island curb!

On my 2014, solved "Rash" with the addition of a splitter with winglets that covered the scrape!

On my Grand Sport solved the 'Rash" on the small winglet on my Stage 2 Aero by replacing with Stage 3 winglets. However they stick out even further so when backing out of a parking slot next to an end island (or my garage) have to be sure to pull back far enough, BEFORE turning!
