At my first 1/2 mile event I was parked next to an Audi A4. When I got there the head was off the engine. Later I was pleased with a 152 MPH pass stock C6Z. The A4 was running 188's! (850+HP)

My '19 S5 with E30 and a JB4, $500 in mods, is mid 11 second car and usually less than 3 to 60, that's in a 4300lb car, on street tires.
Most usually run 1.6x 60's on street tires.
Hold down the brake, hit the gas, wait for it hit 3800rpm and off you go. They also run a different shift patterns when you launch where the engine drives through the shift, its hard to explain but also feels like its slipping but its not.
On a good clean launch the car is crazy.
With a turbo change and some other 'bolt' on work they hit around mid 600hp with the same level of traction.
It was not stock. Unitronic stage 1+ with all the bolt on's and he was running E70
I can attest to what a difference maker that Unitronic stage 1+ tune makes to these engines. Owned a '15 VW R and had the Unitronic stage 1+ tune and it made the R quit the sleeper on the streets. Never tracked or timed it but "seat of the pants" difference was huge.
My nephews have become RS3 fans, both own GTIs, the Audi is next on their list, for $20+K you can get from 394 to 600hp, which is 9.82 @ 142mph, C8 going to need some mods to keep up.

I also have a 19 S5(sportback). How long have you had the tune on your car and how reliable has it been?
RS3 has tremendous amount of turbo lag, Its one car I decided not to purchase as it felt more like a front wheel drive car.. I have owned many RS Audi’s last Audi being an R8. This was a waste of time it’s not a stock car and was modified.

The Golf R is a 2.0 4 cylinder, bigger turbo but same motor as the GTI.
The RS has a 5 cylinder and with the refresh is all new aluminum motor.

Considered this car a while back but owners reported it burned 500ml of oil every 1000km's and Audi said that was normal. Imagine that! Also it was pretty weird the car comes with wider tires in the front than the rear. Not my cup of tea. Way to many options at this price range. That car in the video was definitely modified.

Sent PM.
It's been a while since I researched data but I thought that the Audi RS3 and Golf R shared the same engine/turbo's and drive train (for 2016 as that was the model year R I had owned) ......could be wrong as it wouldn't be the first time. I wasn't referring to the newest RS3 model year.

GM considered a quart every 700 miles to be OK in the C6 Z06, and idle oil pressure of 7PSI OK also.

The S3 and Golf R share a powertrain, the RS is different.
What a troll lol. Posts this in hopes of starting a pissing match and low and behold nothing materializes. Then ghosts it and moves on to someone else’s thread to stir the pot.

Thanks - That's where I was confused as in 2016 there wasn't a RS3, just the A3 and the S3 as the performance model.
I think the RS3 first hit the US for the 2017 model year.
The RS3 and 4 are so quick when modded it's almost unbelievable... there's a dozen or more on youtube in the 9s and a handful in the 8s. I mean for what it is? It's nuts. Jist too small and too bland looking for me. But the younger crowd loves them.
