I had a C7 in the space before, but sold it a month after I ordered the C8, not knowing it was going to take 10 months. In the meantime, stuff piled up. So waiting month after month I thought if I should get the garage ready, or should I hold off until I was sure the car was on the way. I thought if I got the garage ready too soon, I might jinx it . Dumb I know. I ended up getting the garage all nice and clean and organized a month before I picked it up.

I like the looks of round tips better, but the square ones do seem to match the design of the car better. If you don’t like the square ones, I would think you could install round ones.

This looks very good, the ends of the "tips" are staggered and follow the curve of the bumper cover and don't stick out too far.
A couple of the new aftermarket round setups stick out just a bit too far for my tastes.

Round exhaust tips have a rounder sound which is less square than the sound of a squarer exhaust tip, which is less round.

No not really. It all depends on a person’s ears weather they have round, square or oblong ears. The acoustics are different for some individuals. You also have to take into account how long their ear canal is, and don’t forget that the quantity and quality of the ear wax matters too.

Maybe we should start a thread on "What's the best wax to use?".

I found ear wax to be too oily. The only benefit of using ear wax is, you can go to all the houses in your neighborhood and get it for free, we’ll at least until it becomes so popular people start charging for it.🦻🏼
