the block is a larger v8 and lacks an in block cam casting making it an OHC motor.
the casting stamp indicates it is a GM and if the casting number on the torque plate follows their standard nomenclature it was cast in 2019. The rest of the casting stamps on the block itself do not fit with any existing GM codes.
This is probably a development motor not currently in production but not sure we can definitively call this the z06 motor.
Lol.. no cam? At best, you can say there is no cam in the block. It's entirely possible that it is an OHC (probably dual OHC) THink 5.0L DOHC with a flat plane crank, as most of the info has already revealed.
This a very purposeful leak. Just enough information for you to know what it is, and no other shots of the motor.
Looks like a casting line goes right through the middle of the center opening, but must fit so tight that you don't see a line in the opening or on the machined outer edges.
"BG133" - safe to say this is built in Bowling Green?
I don't think so, there's no foundry in Bowling Green. I think that would've been cast in either Defiance or Saginaw.
Edit: Unless you're speculating where the entire engine would be assembled, then it could be Bowling Green, but I don't know what that code is at this point.

That's a RACING engine those billet blocks where heads are supposed to be are for pre setting pistons that you just tap into place rapidly ...Makes me wonder if that's a drag engine

No... those are torque plates. Block was freshly machined.
