GM sell pre-painted panels?

Default GM sell pre-painted panels?
If I can remember correctly there was somewhere who sold pre-painted z06 fenders, etc. Can anyone recall the company and know if they offer pre-painted bumpers for the C8?

RPI sold pre-painted C6 widebody panels. Not C7 or C8.

I asked and was told that no OEM replacement panels come painted. So, if panels are pre-painted it's not from the factory.
