FILTRATION

Can you post the data showing the HP and TQ gains? A before and after dyno run would be great.

If any gain like a real 5 to 10 HP i will buy. The C-8 needs 500 HP.

How long does the OEM filter usually last? I will by one when mine is bad...

The C8 has a system that monitors the performance of the air filter and will tell you when to replace it. The manual says it may last for as long as 4 years.

 

They corrected it. I ordered one...let’s see how sotp is changed if at all...

Any updates on this? Surely the dyno sheet should be easily accessible if you're advertising specific numbers like this... Wonder why that wasn't the first thing posted on this thread or on the website....

 

I talked to another performance filter company and was told it was very difficult to make a better flowing filter then the OEM but they did make a nice increase in flow on the OEM replacement that they are making and also they did not see a difference with or without the center rib but they did put the center rib. I am going to be using the other companies aftermarket OEM replacement filter soon and hope to notice a nice improvement as they did. This other company also makes a quality product.

 

The AFE's are 'oiled' filters. More of a hassel.
