We've seen "spy" shots of camo'd C8s with 4 center exhaust tips, two large in the middle and two small outside those. Those are almost certainly twin-turbos with the 2 smaller pipes for the wastegates.
The cars in the photo in the OP have 4 tips at the corners, so probably not the twin turbo cars.

Why do people keep saying this? First, most if not all OEM turbos have internal waste gates so there is no extra piping needed. Second if it were an external waste gate you would need additional catalytic converters and mufflers. That means on each side of the engine would be 2 primarily cats and 2 secondary cats along with 2 mufflers. The car would have a total of 8 cats and 4 mufflers, lol.
