Very easy.......You can track your build on this forum by checking the daily spread sheet posted by BobG.
You can also chat or contact the Concierge desk at 1-866-424-3892. Have your order number handy. They will be able to give you status updates. You could also contact your dealer for updates. Bob's spread sheet will give you a pretty good idea when your car should be built. He does a great job with the spread sheet and it is very nice of him to provide us with this information!
That Concierge does not work for Canadian orders. Canadian concierge is next to useless. Car was built on April 6th. Dealer not very helpful. I am looking for tracking after car is built and while in transit.

My dealership was able to track my car on his system. He stated to me that they just rolled out a new system for tracking the cars on his computer. In the past they use to contact the transporter and they no longer can do that. I also watched my dealerships web site to see when my car was in transit.

My Dealer salesman, Sam Kelly at Kerbeck, had me join My GM Link and start OnStar (only used the free 30 days no CC etc.) I was able to see the car was in Bowling Green on a Saturday and Sunday. Then on Monday saw it on the Transport Truck several places in TN, two stops in GA and finally by end of the day in a Mall in Western SC ~3 hours from where I live in Eastern SC.
However lost tracing Tuesday morning. Called OnStar and was told that occasionally happens with the ap! Was keeping my Courtesy Delivery Service Manager abreast of where it was buy email and sent "I lot it!" He called around 4PM on Tuesday and said the Truck Driver said he had several stops that day to drop off Vettes and just dropped mine off and had several other cars still on the trailer he was driving South. He asked if I wanted to see the GM cover removed. I got there about 5PM and although the service area was closed he and the Dealer Owners son removed the GM cover as I watched and took pics!

Very similar situation for me. Lost Onstar tracking of the car once it was within 90 miles. Was told that the Onstar tracking stops 48 hours following the last vehicle engine start. My tracking ended right on cue.
But then I located the car on the car carrier sitting at a motel around the corner from the dealership after it didn't arrive that day. I arrived at the dealer early the next morning to see the car unloaded and unwrapped.
