my build is a shadow gray metallic, if it fell thru to my22, this coffee is my first choice, it looks mysteriously dark and earthy, yet damn lethal and none of the toyish craps.
I saw the release info today, and may be leaning that way now. It looks beautiful, and as I’m in the market for a 2019 CVO Limited (Harley) now and specifically looking for the Bourbon Brown edition I would love to add the Caffeine C8 next year.
Up til now I was leading towards either Rapid or EL blue. Finally got to see one in person (Rapid Blue 2021 HTC), and drive it, and it surpassed my expectations considerably - what an awesome design they created.
They had a color close to that in 2016 on new Silverado's when I was shopping for one. There was one on a dealer lot that sat there for a very long time. They had a huge discount on it and it still sat on the dealer lot for quite a while. I considered buying it as I really didn't mind the color and I would have saved several thousand dollars. but after thinking about the resale value, I chose a different color and paid quite a bit more for it. That is the only one I have ever seen that color so it must not have been too popular. I can't imagine they will sell a lot of corvettes that color, I know I wouldn't buy one.

And that's precisely why they have a wide selection of colors for buyers to choose from... looks like it will end up being a relatively unique and less-common color - I'm fine with that.
Looking forward to seeing it in real life, full car not just panel or picture.
I am guessing, like many colors, they can change when the light hits them bringing out the curves of the car and the reflection gives it its unique look and vibe. So for now, I will reserve my opinion.

It looks like a brown car to me. ugh. I hate brown cars.
Have to see it in the sun, but I can't think of a worse color in Corvette history. Nothing screams I puked after drinking whiskey, beer, and two wine coolers like this.... Hopefully it's better in person.
