I'm in Tomball. As far as dealers marking above sticker, that dealer was one of the most laughable in Houston last time I checked. Recommend checking with Classic Chevy in Sugarland. Macmulkin will also do courtesy delivery to Classic and you can pick it up locally.
I bought my 2008 from them in August of 2007 and had a really good buying experience. Got on their C8 list in July 2019. A month or so later they asked what list I wanted to be on. I asked "what" and they told me if I wanted to pay $20,000 ADM I could be at or near the top of the list, $15k next and $10k next and so on. I let her know I wasn't paying anything over and she said it would be a long while till I got a car from them. A couple of weeks later they told me I should come in to "build" the car with a specialist. I reminded her that I wasn't paying over MSRP and she said I should come in and do it anyway. When I got there the "specialist" asked which list I wanted on and once again told me the deal with priority, so I walked out. Went with MacMulkin and never looked back, wished they wouldn't have wasted almost 2 months of my time. I ended up picking my HTC up at the end of September 2020 and put a deposit down then on a Z06. If I'd gone with them 2 months earlier I would have gotten the stingray sooner and would be lower on the Z06 list.
No houston area Chevy dealers are worth going to. Just go buy from Macmulkin like the rest of the Houstonians and get a courtesty delivery. The best selling houston area dealer only sells roughly 150 c8s a year. MM sells that many in a month!
I live in Sugar Land and used Classis Chevrolet for courtesy delivery on both of my C8 from MM and Criswell. Paid around $500 for CD, very easy process.

I second that emotion! I attempted to buy my last three corvettes locally but went with forum dealers each time. I went with Macmulkin this time and it was an absolute pleasure! They were the best of the three I have used. They also have the best prices on extended warranties that I have found. I priced an 8/80 $0 deductible yesterday locally and Macmulkin was 40% of their price. I knew there would be a difference but didn't expect that much!
