I assume you know that that spoiler is is a GM licensed accessory (part# 19432036) by AirDesign, installed using tape (no bolts). Nothing wrong with that just that it is different from the RPO option low spoiler which is bolted on.

Only time and usage will tell. I'd go with the RPO bolt on option to ensure that the spoiler stays on.

I have one, just no car to put it on. It will not fall off with time. Rear blade spoilers on BMWs are installed with tape and they don't fall off. Same with most body side moldings.

I’ve had the spoiler on my car since September of last year. I can tell you It isn’t coming off without some serious effort. I drove 75 mph approximately 45 min after installing it and it didn’t budge. It’s very light weight and it doesn’t stick up much above the body of the car. The chance of air ripping it off is extremely unlikely.

the reason i won't go with the other low profile spoiler is because i don't like the splitter that comes with it.

The splitter is installed by the dealer, don't have it installed and if you do it is about a 20 minute simple job to remove it.

I don’t like it at all. It just doesn’t look right. Either go with no spoiler or the Z51 style. In my opinion the C8 looks great without any spoiler but I know for a lot of you a spoiler is a must have on any car.

Yes. I believe it was a $100 option to have the entire mirror painted carbon flash.

I respect your opinion. Initially I thought my C8 looked good minus the splitter and spoiler too. Then I starting noticing all the C8s with ground affects had a better stance than mine. I think the splitter made it look like they were sitting closer to the ground. I added the splitter to mine, but then I thought my car looked front heavy and needed a spoiler to balance it out. I don’t like the standard Z51 spoiler and high wing looks kind of out-of-place on the C8 in my opinion. Plus I didn’t want to have to reach over the high wing every time I needed to get something out the trunk. I thought the low profile accessory spoiler added the perfect balance to the car. And the fact that it was already painted carbon flash and required no drilling made it a no brainer.

Here’s are pre and post splitter spoiler photo.

That looks GREAT… I sort of like it better than the GM Low Profile Spoiler that I ordered with my Build. It is more Low Profile than the Low Profile GM Spoiler. In my opinion, less is more when it comes to rear Spoilers. It allows you to appreciate the beautiful lines of the C8 Corvette.
