A search of previous threads didn't give me a clear answer, and nothing related to the 2023 model, so I'm asking for any guidance anyone might have.
My allocation is soon approaching with a local dealer, and I'm interested in ordering a Jet Black 3LT interior with yellow stitching. I'm planning to order the sueded-microfiber seat inserts on the GT2 seats with the (required) sueded steering wheel. My question is whether the suede will also automatically be added to the center console/mode selector and the lower dash on the driver's side/glovebox on the passenger side. It seems like there has been a problem in prior years with the mock-up on the price/build page NOT showing the sueded center console when the above options are selected, but that the general consensus has been that the build/price site is in error. Does anyone have info as to whether that continues for sure for 2023? I prefer all the suede, but if it won't be on the center console as well as the seats and wheel, I'd prefer to order all-leather--I really don't want a mix-match.
I plan to ping the Concierge as well, but was wondering if anyone had real-world experience with this or knew the answer otherwise. I'm basically wanting to make sure there's not some "hidden" option on the ordering page that I need to make sure my dealer selects.

I have seen 2023s where the center console/mode selector are alcantara just like the steering wheel and seat inserts. I haven't noticed whether the lower dash on the driver's side/glovebox on the passenger side are alcantara because I wasn't that interested.
Perhaps someone with a '23 3LT will post photos.
By the way, you mention suede multiple times in your post, there's no suede in a C8 interior.

What's this then??
CARBON FIBER AND SUEDED MICROFIBER-WRAPPED STEERING WHEEL
Man people are petty on forums and social media.. GM refers to it as "suede and sueded" multiple times throughout the ordering process on the C8 interiors.. Ridiculous how often people call others out on the fact that there is no "Suede" in the C8 interior.. Take it up with GM!
@Cobra Kai I'm with you on wishing that there was a better guide explaining what 3LT options included "Sueded" dash and console areas.

Alcantara is actually the name of family/company that created imitation (read:man-made/artificial) suede. It is an accurate description of what the material used in cars like the C8 is, but most people assume it is suede which technically wouldn’t be entirely inaccurate because it is artificial suede. Ergo, GM just calls it suede because that is what people in general call it. Car enthusiasts call it by its proper name.
A bit petty and nuanced, but we all know what Alcantara and suede are.
That said, I have a 2022 3LT and my center dash (where the cup holders and mode **** are), steering wheel, headliner, seat inserts, and the lower potions of the dash (both driver and passenger sides, including the glove box) are covered with Alcantara.
Not sure if this can be optioned a specific way as the OP mentions, but I know this is how my car is.

Evidently we all don't know thus my earlier post. Suede is a leather product, Alcantara is a man-made product. Very different materials even though Alcantara mimics the look of suede.

Not petty at all as referring to Alcantara as suede is as misleading as referring to vinyl as leather.
I agree, that we all know what it is, but for clarification, GM does not call it Suede - which already noted implies a natural product which it isn't, and might not even be legal to use the term. They call it "Sueded Microfiber", which as noted is a similar product to the brand Alcantara, just not that brand.

What I meant was that it’s just easier for GM (et al) to use the more familiar term of “suede” to describe Alcantara even if it is a misnomer. While car enthusiasts know Alcantara is not suede, the general public does not (my point).

That's my point as well, we don't all know the material is Alcantara and not suede and why I call it out at times and don't feel I'm being petty in doing so as many on this forum call it suede and am sure some do believe it's suede.
An example, I was at a Cars & Coffee with my 6 year old grandson and we were admiring a C8 and the proud owner mentioned how much he liked the suede interior. I politely stated (not abruptly) 'you know that's Alcantara right, not actual suede"? Well the way he reacted you would think I had pissed on his seat, IT's SUEDE, BECAUSE GM SAYS IT IS. I just said OK, as I wasn't going to have a big argument about it in front of my grandson. As we were walking away, my grandson said "PaPa, I bet you were right as you know everything about cars". I just patted him on the head smiling and said, not everything Grandson, just some things.
OP - yes, I believe I was curious about the same thing when I ordered mine. I am not an expert, but when I went to 3LT, and ordered the sueded inserts on the Competition seats and the Steering wheel my console and mode selector was upgraded to Suede/Alcantera, my A-Pillars were also, I believe the piece you reference on the dash is also alcantera and so was the roof panel. Mine has red-stitching and let me tell you that Roof Panel in the alcantera and colored stitching is gorgeous.
Go for it - you will be glad you did. There is a tangible difference in interior feel going to 3LT with the Alcantera splattered throughout. I had originally spaced a 2LT, but changed at the last minute.
@Chemdawg99 Can you clarify whether you have the 3LT interior in Jet Black with yellow stitching? That's the specific spec I'm inquiring about, as the configurator shows leather in the mentioned areas, even when the "fuzzy, suede-like but yet not natural fabric and Alcantara-like but yet not true trademarked Alcantara material" is selected.
Thanks to all who have responded--

What did you order to get it? 3LT with the sueded steering wheel ?
