On I-4 fromTampa to Orlando, I didn’t even see it coming….
I’m 11,000 miles on this set.
Any thoughts or resources on a direction for correction?
Replace the fronts only?
Replace all?
With 11kmi, I would replace all 4. Also depends if your on the all seasons or the 4S’s which I can’t imagine would last more then 10-15kmi. Have the rim checked.

I've got 13,500 on mine with very good tread. Front and rear tires are wearing at very similar rates from the limited C8 tire replacement posts I've read on the Forum and my observation. If it were me, I would go for a single tire replacement and keep it as a spare when you replace the other three in about 20,000 more miles.
Your wheel could also be out of round and require straightening to get it balanced.
OUCH , its all them Dam New Yorker relocating there and they brought there pot holes with them .
I had to purchase a set of front tire also for my C7 from a pot hole , worst part was when I went to claim damage from the NYS DOT they claimed it was never reported as a hazard, YET it had 2 set of strips in the hole meaning they restriped the road 2 times over this pot hole
Depending on the depth of the tread on your current tires you could buy a new tire and have it shaved to the depth of the other front tire so this set all wears out together. I know that TireRack will shave a new tire.
I did that on an almost new front tire replacement.
If your wheel is bent, just go and buy these on your local Facebook for sales. I've seen the carbon flash ones go for $500 for all 4. There are so many out there for sale.
Very sorry to see that. Potholes are rare here in Florida ,unlike PA ( aka Pothole Abound ) so you don't expect one but I also avoid route 4 like a bad rash. But if you have 11K miles and if the wheel's not screwed up just replace the fronts.
I thought about your question for less than a minute. If I had 11k on the set I would replace all four tires. I wouldn’t want to have to remember one tire is newer that the others every time the other three started to wear down.
I'm going to repeat what I said before because it's the cheapest and easiest fix.

I did this on an almost new front tire replacement with exactly the same situation.
