Looking for any opinions. I know there is a lot of controversy around items purchased from Temu. Today I stumbled across these rear side window carbon fiber louvers at a great price. I guess I wonder how different they could be (cheaper quality), from others that are being sold at a higher price. Thoughts?

That link just takes me to their home page, not to the C8 product.
Never mind. It took 3 or 4 tries, but eventually took me to the right page.
As far as the product, it's just a styling thing, without function. So if you think it adds to the looks of your car, go for it. Not for me, though. Why are they cheaper? Well, they're made in China, not real CF, probably pretty thin. I suspect on close examination the "carbon fiber grain" doesn't look super realistic, but that's just a guess. And they're probably shipping direct from the manufacturer, so no middle man to add on their cut of profit.
Oh, those black triangles behind the doors aren't windows, just black plastic.

They're cheap because they are printed ABS and not real CF
Temu is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and has an average rating of two-and-a-half out of five stars. Many recent complaints about Temu on the BBB website say that items never arrived or, if they did, took weeks or even months to arrive.
Why is Temu controversial?
Temu was accused by the US government of potential data risks after its sister site, e-commerce platform Pinduoduo, was suspended by Google for containing malware.
Many of the small little parts like that are just crap that was bought on alibaba.com and imported. The higher profile vendors just have their name printed on the packaging and mark it up like 300% over what they paid for some cheap chinese crap.
So basically its the same cheap stuff no matter where you buy it.
The ones I was able to find on Temu (OP's link didn't work for me) are clearly stated to be made from ABS Plastic. Dont real carbon fiber - probably hydro-dipped. They are also only for the HTC.
Here's another photo of the same parts:
Listing says "Suitable For Corvette 20-23 C8 Rear Triangle Shutter ABS Carbon Fiber Grain 2-piece Set Convertible Version".

As I said, the parts in the photo are for a coupe...
Just so you know, behind these appliques (Chevrolets term) is sold aluminum. There's no vent there, no window, just metal. Sooo.. If you like fake vents, .. go for it.
Considering that window is non-functional, putting anything on it is fine as long as it looks good. I think a Carbon Flash metallic one might look ok but it is yet another appearance item that will make cleaning the area difficult..
I think My Arctic White Coupe might look good with something there, I just cannot figure out what to put there.
(Ron Fellows decal?)
I want to go there this year, something to think about.
Temu is a marketplace, like Amazon and Alibaba, there are thousands of sellers on the platform, so there is no way to say whether products are good or bad, they have both.
As I said, the parts in the photo are for a coupe...
Yes they are, yet the product description says they are for a convertible. Just an example of how unreliable Temu is. I've purchased some stuff from them that matched the description perfectly. I've also gotten stuff that is complete garbage and was not at all as described or shown. So, Buyer Beware.
The early Mustang fastbacks had louvers. Not only did they looked good but were functional as well, for the intended purpose of extracting hot air from the cabin in lieu of A/C.
Not for me and they may make wind noise.
With regards to Temu, I've purchased several things through them. Their communication is good and returns are easy, I've been impressed by their service. AliExpress is a PITA to deal with, and Amazon and eBay can be more time consuming to deal with when problems don't fit the cookie cutter.
