How do I get this from GM The Speed Model

I have a 2020 White Vert and would like to get this from GM
I know you have to be the orig. Owner and I not but a second owner. TY

I don't believe they can be ordered from GM, but they are for sale all the time on eBay.

You can't.
Find one here on The Forum or Ebay to match your car.
Then have a local trophy shop engrave a new plaque to replace the existing one with your VIN.
