What's best way to track my order and schedule status? I live in NW WA State. What is most likely delivery wait?

From my experience in 23. You will get a few emails from GM, and your dealer will notify you of major milestones.
I'm not sure there is a way to track daily or weekly progress.
Waiting is the hardest part. Gives you time to order grille screens, floor mats etc.

There are probably better ways now, mine was a few years ago. Time flys.

Back when I ordered my 2023 SR the dealership gave me some kind of build code and I could use that to go on Chevrolet.com and check on my build. You go into chat in the lower right corner of the website and ask about an update on your build and you put in your order number. It will then shoot off some codes which will tell you what level your build is in. My dealership also called me every 2 weeks to let me know where it was at during the build process.

This really depends on the dealer and the sales consultant you order from. Some dealers have an order tracking system built into their website such as MacMulkin. Some sales consultants are very good and provide you with their cell phone number and you can text them such as Brandon at Ciocca. And some dealers are so inept, they don't know what's going on until the car arrives at the dealership and even then it's an "oh yeah, it's sitting in the back lot" like they had no clue what was going on. GM's notification system may have gotten better but when I ordered my car, I never received an email from them and when I used their chat box, the info was always behind in updating. Initially, you are looking for your order to go to a "3000" status in GM's system which should happen rather quickly if your dealer has an allocation. If they don't have an allocation available, the order can sit at 1100 until they do. Here are the key event codes and I've bolded out the most important:

Event Code Explanations:

1000 - Order On Hold at Dealership
1100 - Order Placed at Dealership
2000 - Order Accepted by Chevrolet
2050 - Order Changed
2500 - Order Preferenced (or "Picked Up" or "Imaged")
3000 - Order Accepted by Production Control
3100 - Order Available to be Sequenced
3300 - Order Scheduled for Production
3400 - Order Broadcast (Internal Plant Order Produced)
3800 - Vehicle Produced
4000 - Vehicle Available to Ship
4B00 - Bayed
4150 - Vehicle Invoiced
4200 - Vehicle Shipped

4300 - Intermediate Delivery
4800 - Rail Ramp Unload
5000 - Vehicle at Dealer
6000 - Vehicle delivered to customer

I'm reading that as of recently is as soon as 6 weeks from 3000 to delivery (5000) and as long as 3 months. If there are any constraints holding up your order or a factory delay, shutdown, parts shortage or quality control hold, it can take longer but knock wood, it's been pretty smooth for the 2026 model year.

my car has been produced (4000) since 8/18. Sitting in Kentucky at the plant with no updates. Frustrating.

Not sure about now, but in 2022 when I used the chat bot to get a status in my order, I typed in "agent" and got a real person to interact with. Otherwise, you are dealing with an AI system bot.

I had the experience with my 22. I got emails. My 26 just arrived at the dealer, 0 emails from GM. So they must have changed that.

Default Best way…..

Is to call the Corvette Concierge

(866) 424-3892

you need your order number (dealer can tell you this) and dealer name, concierge will then give you status code (see above posts for what each code means).

my 26 order went in Sept 19, I am now status 3000

My order went in mid-August. The order changed to code 3000 on August 29. Now it's stuck because it's on constraint for the Q9I rims. Black 20-spoke rims.
I'm tired of waiting. They need a new vendor for those rims.

Does anyone have any idea when they update the constraints?

I change from those wheels due to the constant when I got the allocation. Went with the gloss black 5-spoke wheels. I did not want to wait for the 20-spoke wheels. If I decide to do track days (I.e. get approval from the wife), I may get another set of wheel and AS tires for the street and use the 5-spoke wheels and summer tires for the track. Ordered on 9/18 and went to 3000 around 9/26.
