Hello all,
I have a dealer offering a 2026 for order, 3LZ Z07 Z06 at invoice, MSRP about $182K. As far as a % off MSRP, what would invoice pricing be in % off...not looking for exact number,
just approximate estimate.
Thanks in Advance,
NL
As a reference point, here's the bottom line from my Invoice pricing on our '26 Eray 3LZ coupe: The MSRP was $ 128,645.00 and Invoice was $ 121,248.95. Both those numbers include shipping costs. There was a footnote stating that there might have been some Holdback that could have affected the invoice final number.
I called GM Concierge and got the build sheet as well as dealer invoice AFTER taking delivery.
Here's a partial pic of the bottom of the invoice sheet I received.... the second column of numbers are the "Invoice" amounts as noted at the top of the sheet which I did not include.....
Approximately 9% (excluding Destination Charge) is about right. It will vary somewhat based on total options cost vs base cost as options have a slightly higher markup.
Depending on the model and the options about 10-20%.....essentially the more expensive the vehicle the greater the mark up....the dealer will inventory the most popular models....including color...... and options.......if you want a base model, you will probably have to order it.... he does have a listing of all the dealer inventory in his area that he might trade for......or otherwise acquire.........most are loaded with options
I took a look at my 2020 HTC invoice sheet. The difference between MSRP and invoice with no other options was 6.6%. When 3LT, Z51, MSRC, and front lift was added it was 7.15%. This doesn't include destination charge and IMR & LMA group charges. If those are added in it is 5.5%. But they make money in other ways.
