Any help will be appreciated. I have an eRay but this should be the same throughout the lineup. I have read through the manual a number of times and cannot find the info I'm looking for. I also asked AI and I'm not sure it's up to speed on the 26's even though it specifically references 26 and mentions that the software is different from the 20 - 25.
Questions -
1.Is right side of the DIC hard wired to phone and audio? That's all I can see on mine, can select audio source and phone numbers, can't add tiles. I think this is correct.
2.Do your right side steering wheel controls, right/left/scroll only control the phone and audio?
Mine only does that but according to AI it should do a lot more including options, nav., and more
3. Can you only view one tile at a time that was added to the DIC left side?
4. Do you have to scroll to view others that were added? If so how do you scroll.
Again, my steering wheel scroll/left/right controls only do audio and phone so I can only see my last added tile and cannot view more than one at a time.
5. On your left control panel (small screen) can you scroll up/down, left/right using your finger when on the drive mode tab? If you can scroll, do you see an options selection and/or other info? I can't scroll on that screen.
I'm trying to set up the DIC and not having a lot of success. The questions above are how my car is acting. AI (again don't know if it's correct) said I'm in some sort of infotainment mode. I tried everything that AI said would get me out of it but nothing worked. A lot of time sitting in the car in acc mode. It finally said if nothing works it is a software or module problem. I don't want to bring it to the dealer if this is normal behavior. TIA
Right Screen: Audio, Phone, Navigation (if enabled) and Performance Timer
As for the Left Screen, I wasn't able to tile things in order to scroll. If I added something to it, it would replace what I selected before. AFAIK the buttons on the wheel only correspond to the Right Screen now.

Thanks, didn't have nav setup (if you mean having a destination set) so I guess It wouldn't show up and with car not moving I also assume performance timer wouldn't come up. So only audio and phone
I don't think you can add tiles to the left screen, only the central DIC. According to AI, the left screen is used to select the tiles that will nest on the DIC. I say nest because you can only see one at a time but you can supposedly add as many as you like and then just scroll. But I don't know how to do that either since the SW controls only work on the right side of the DIC.
I read that section but it didn't help much. I'll go back and re-read.
Still trying to figure out the car after a little over a month of owning it. I started out driving with Sirius playing and that is what the infotainment screen and the DIC was showing. When I switched to USB audio the DIC showed the correct song but the infotainment screen still had the last Sirius song that was playing and never changed. No matter what I tried I couldn't get the usb audio song to show on the infotainment screen. I was in the split screen view, map and audio. Also, I couldn't change the song that was playing from usb using the wheel or arrows on the steering wheel. I could change it from the infotainment screen if I selected usb audio and songs. Anyone with a 26, is this normal behavior?
As an aside, I put something in the trunk for the first time and boy, does it get hot!
Any other input on this from 2026 owners? Is it only possible to have one optional tile on the left hand side of the DIC?
After talking with my salesman and playing around a little I now know that only one tile at a time can be selected for the left hand side of the DIC. If you select more than one, only the last one is there. I guess since they added the third screen on the left, you can select performance on that screen and scroll through the different options to the one you want displayed. So it takes the place of the Two tile capability of the 20 - 25 DIC. Only problem is the left hand screen is blocked by the steering wheel, at least in my sitting and wheel position. BTW, to select the tile you go to performance on the infotainment screen and scroll to the one you want. There will be a box you can select to add it to the DIC. Hope this helps others, manual is not very clear.

No other 26 owner is experiencing this? Any insight would be appreciated. All I'm getting is crickets. TIA
