OP, sorry to hear about your problems but you do come across as being the kind of customer people don't want to deal with. Take a breath or two and relax.
Any update on the rear axle system off? I’ve had it a few times and took it into the dealer. GM had them do an internal flush which basically pumps the existing fluid through the system. They said it could just be manufacturing lube and break in particulates. It came back again though. Car drives fine no issues. I’ve heard some say it happens a few times then goes away.
If it were me I would confirm by email to Chev and the dealer you have sent them evidence of the problems, they refuse diagnose or repair, you intend to continue using the car and therefore will have no responsibility if there is a catastrophic failure of the car.
Took delivery last Saturday, put about 50 miles on car. Snowed Sunday so kept it parked in garage. Went to back out of garage today and got this screen instead of rear vision camera. Also when I press button for front camera get nothing. Not sure what one has to do with the other but I did put an SD card in the car last night knowing I'd be taking it for long ride today. Salesman said to bring it in and have them look at it but that will have to wait till monday. Started stopped the car a few times throughout the day and they didn't "reset" and start working. anything like this happen to anyone else. put over 100 miles on it today... car runs and drives amazing. even better than I expected and huge leap obviously from the 2003 Z06 I had previously. any input appreciated. thanks
I just got a call from my courtesy delivery dealer, I was supposed to pick up the car (HTC) today. Apparently the back window is off it’s track in some manner causing a gap on one side. I hope they discovered it BEFORE they washed the car and that a wet interior wasn’t their first clue. Their Corvette Technician is going to look at it on Monday. It’s always something.
Quoting myself, but here’s the latest update. They looked at on Monday, ordered a part, tried that fix on Wednesday, it didn’t fix the issue. I got another email from the courtesy delivery dealer this morning:
“Talked to xxxx in Service and they still have not been able to resolve the rear window problem….he has requested Technical help from GM…seems he has a total of five 2021 Corvettes in the shop with various problems.”
So I am still waiting impatiently to take delivery. Hopefully I will get some good news next week. This model seems to be having more than it’s fair share of teething pains.
Picked up my 2020 convertible C8 in early Dec, ~17300 on production so tail end of 2020 and around 900 miles on it, everything was working great up until today when I noticed the driver side door requires quite a big push vs the passenger door only needs a gentle push. And sadly it was raining overnight/today and I didn't notice the door was ajar until this morning! Very frustrating, got the car in the garage and drying it out now but repeated tests sure leading me to think something is mechanically wrong with the drivers door. No issues w/ a failed close on the passenger side but repeated failures on the driver side.
What i found is that after testing it, the door only is a problem with the top is up AND the window is up so perhaps the seal of the door protrudes somewhat to where the window should rest and the window slightly bounces off the seal thus not allowing the door to latch and remaining ajar.
Make sure you email the dealer ASAP with details of this problem. You need timely records of these defects.Keep in mind the GMC warranty is essentially an insurance policy. Like any insurer, their job is reject your claim if they think they can get away with it.
Returning a car to a dealer is disruptive, time consuming and can be very inconvenient. However, a greater issue is outfits like CARFAX and CARCHECK. Somehow they have weaselled their way into every service bay and body shop in the nation. Everything done to your car ( service or damage repair ) is reported to them. A major Honda dealer told me last week he has no idea how and why this happens. He explained the problem is these companies, not accountable to anyone, often report a service call as a damage repair. He suspects the error is made by some low level clerk in the bowels of Honda Central. The car owner has no recourse.
So, when you take your car back to the dealer for service work on the door, make sure you email them stating very clearly the service work MUST NOT be recorded as damage repair. If it eventuates they get it wrong and your car value plummets, you should be able to collect your loss.

Is the window indexing down when you try to close the door (it should)?
Oh man, I read something about this somewhere but forget where. Basically the window is supposed to drop down a bit when you open the door and then move up slightly to seal shut when door is closed. This can get out of whack, but there’s a procedure to fix it. Let me try to find it.
I'll take it to the dealership again (which, for the record, is Classic Chevrolet of Grapevine, TX, supposedly one of the best in the area--
I’d avoid Classic Chevy. There was a post just a couple months ago from an owner who had his 60th Anniversary 427 Vert serviced there & the tech neglected to fully connect his fuel line (or something to that effect) & his car burst into flames on I35 immediately after leaving the dealership. Dealership took no responsibility & he is currently, or was suing them.
I believe James Woods Chevrolet in Denton sponsors the North Texas Corvette Club & has a good reputation.

My 2020 car, ordered in Aug/19, arrived today with shipping damage to the paint. The car left the factory 30 days ago. My dealer does not have a body shop.
I wanted to hear this guys input, but I couldn't even get thru this video. I had to bail at about the 8 minute mark.
IMHO this guy talks way too slow and and is really slow to make a point. He could of done the 8 minutes I watched an about 2 minutes normal time. There is too much good content on this forum to waste time listening to this drone on and on.

Suggestions ?
Was the damage caught during PDI? If so GM will direct the dealer to send the car to a certified GM repair facility. GM will then directly deal with the certified repair facility to get it repaired. If after PDI then it is the dealer's responsibility to deal with the problem.
