Made my weekly Friday call to the concierge: now at 3400 and emailed my dealer requesting vin. Its being made next week!
It was a 1/26 allocation and I was informed 3/5 my TPW was 3/22.
Congratulations and best wishes on OUR upcoming builds!!! I have been following your posts since we are both 1/26/2021 allocations. I was 3300 Tues. this week, but when I saw your post today, I called the concierge and am also at 3400 and my TPW is also next week. Thanks for keeping us updated on your progress as I would not have checked again until next week. Now to get the VIN!!
Not sure I understand the variability myself. Some of it is luck. Having a top 10 dealer is important, but Bromnin is #10 and I got quotes from #1-3 that weren't as fast so wonder if there is a sweet spot around size. I also am sure configuration helps as well. I have a 3LT and despite feedback to the contrary, I wonder if they prioritize higher margin cars. Hope everyones else gets theirs soon as has been a real joy!

Congrats and this thread has been fun to follow, still more to come. I have a Friday 3/26 build day, almost on my birthday.
