I did not tint my rear window. With my sides at 35%, windshield at 70%, and the black nacelles reflecting off the glass, it almost looks tinted as is with the top and windows up. Also, when I have my top and windows down, I thought it may look a little funny with a tinted rear window that could only go down halfway. I'm sure it would probably look fine tinted, but I think I'll stay with it clear.
You can always do the other windows and see how it looks and tint the rear later.

Because I have never looked out of it in over a year. It is not needed.
Needed is a strong word. Wanted fits me more. I had my HTC rear window tinted with ceramic tint 20%. This blocks the infrared waves from the sun. I can feel the warmth when it's rolled down, not uncomfortable but nice not to feel it on an extremely hot day.
Suggest you go and tint your rear window in your C8 Coupe and report back to us after a summer of fun.
Between the engine heat and the sun the film is not going to be in very good shape.

I "suggest" you go back and read the OP post. He wants to tint the rear window on a HTC not coupe.

it’s fine to do the cabin rear window on a coupe. But you’re correct if you meant the deck lid window.
As for op, yea definitely tint the rear cabin window.
