C8Z Round Tailight Mockup
Love the beautiful flowing lines of the C7/C8 until you get to the rear of the car with the hodgepodge tailight design. IMHO, t
ailights should never be so obnoxious they become the focal point of the car. Anyhoo, here is a mockup I just did with C6 type lights. Some will prefer the current design but I certainly would much prefer if the C8Z looked like this!

I do like the round taillights because the C7/C8 design is too "busy" for my liking.
But that's just me.

No thanks. Looks like an aftermarket mod versus being an integral element of the overall design of the car.
Nonetheless I’m sure some aftermarket vendor can create tails like these for those that still want retro-round tails like these.
Hence the beauty of the Corvette… it’s okay (and very popular) to make it your own.

the round tail lights should’ve been signature Corvette characteristic that was carried over from generation to generation. Somehow Ferrari managed to do it, and to be honest their new offering without the round tail lights (296 gtb) looks awful, imo.

Jesus, this is like Ground Hog Day after the C8 was launched, it is what it is and it's not changing. If you want to live in the past, buy an old car and there you go.
