Default Anyone Developing C8Z Equal Length Headers?

Is anyone aware of any companies developing a set of true equal length 4-1 headers for the LT6? Would love to hear the LT6 with a tuned equal length setup. It certainly would create an even higher exotic pitch than all of the catbacks currently offer. I'd like to see a properly designed full system similar to what Dundon and Gintani do for other vehicles. I doubt there is much power to be gained from the stock headers, but seeing the gains that catbacks, sport cats, airboxes, etc are making on the LT6, who knows, there could be some solid bolt-on NA power left on the table. I am more interested in seeing how much more crazy F1 sound pitch can be extracted from this engine.

I looked up Dundon and Gintani exhausts. $10k+ on exhaust seems reasonable for the Vette crowd.

Gotta pay to play. Some folks are $170-$200k deep into these cars. Not for everyone, but certainly for some when you get to cars at this level.

This would be great. I'm unaware of anyone offering them, but you should reach out to these guys as they may be down to develop them. They are making an 8-4-1 header equal length header for the C8 LT2, so maybe the mounting points are the same or they would be interested in developing for the LT6.

What's an 8-4-1 header? I've heard of 4-2-1 and 4-1, but not 8-4-1.

On each bank, 4 go into 2, then the 2 from each side go into 1...since it is like that on each side, they call it 8-4-1.

These are the C6 headers.

OP, you realize F1s are running V6 turbo hybrids that sound flatulent? I don't want my C8Z to sound like that.

I see. So it is going into a single exhaust pipe. Thanks!

I just contacted Concept and offered to loan my C8Z for development, we will see where it leads

In Post #1, OP said "I am more interested in seeing how much more crazy F1 sound pitch can be extracted from this engine.", which is what my comment was about.

He's clearly referring to classic F1. High-pitched sound.

Dave, you do realize F1 has only utilized turbo V6 hybrids for a decade and in F1 they've been racing high pitched, high rpm, amazing sounding engines for more than 60 years prior?
