*** 2013 Update ***
Well we're into 2013 ... and spring ... and more importantly, track days are quickly approaching!
I saw this YouTube vid, and thought it would be a perfect addition to this thread ... add any new info. you guys and gals might think would be helpful to the newbies out there!
The lesson behind this video is ... tighten your seat belt, and adjust your seat so you can brace your feet and legs.

It may be old but aside from any pricing listed that may have changed, still very relevant.

Just thought I would bring this thread back to life or back to the top ... it's been a while!
Anyone interested in attending track days this season ... should check in here.
If you are attending or hosting a track event, post in here as well ... the more Corvettes, the better!
So far in April ...
April 23rd - 25th ... Watkins Glen with NASA
April 28th - 30th ... Mosport (Canadian Tire Motorsports Park) with BMW Trillium.

I thought I would start this thread to compliment Steve's (GETTREAL) thread about the April 29th Apex Day.
Now, you may be thinking to yourself, hmmm ... I would really like to see what these track days are all about ... but I'm a bit nervous / scared about jumping in with both feet.
So this thread is for you!
It will help you determin what you should do prior to the track day, on track day, during track day, and the days after.
Now I only have a few track days under my belt, so I will defer to the more experienced track rats out there, but I think even the novice and intermediate guys and gals can add some valuable experience to the discussion.
