Just thought I would get things rolling with the Forza 3 season this winter ... see which veterans will be returning ... and which newbies will be joining us on Sunday mornings.

This thread will serve as our sign up thread ... so post your XBox Live name here ... and select your Car Number as well (Veterans get priority if there is a number conflict! )

This thread will also serve to plan out the season ... so if you have any thing you think would make the season better ... then post it here!

I would love to have a few short fun races next Sunday ... I'll announce the Tracks and Cars later in the week!

Tomorrow ... we'll run some fun races with just some stock cars ... maybe we'll do stock Z's vs Stock GT3's

Following weekend ... we'll do the qualifying races with the Mini's ... that way, everyone has a week to paint and decal their rides!

So Tomorrow ...

Race #1 - 10 Laps - Road America
Race #2 - 10 Laps - Laguna Seca
Race #3 - 10 Laps - Sebring

Sorry you all missed the racing today! Had some fun ... shaking the rust off

Next weekend will be the annual qualifying for GT1 / GT2 / GT3

This year we will be running The 2006 Lotus Exige Cup 240 car ... like last year, the race will be run will totally stock cars, no tunes ... should be a blast.

We'll run 4 races ... all the real world ALMS tracks available to us ... 7 laps a race.

Race #1 - Laguna Seca
Race #2 - Road Atlanta
Race #3 - Sebring
Race #4 - Road America

So paint and decal your ride with your number ... practice ... and be ready to race next Sunday morning!

I'm sorry I missed out. My steering wheel failed after the 278 days of storage...bought a new one on kijiji. I'm ready now.
I will try to be up for 8:00 am mountain time for the qualifier. I'll be bagged from skiing Jasper on Saturday.

For the Qualifying ... we'll run limited damage ... to keep everyone honest

Depending on how many people we have interested, we'll be dividing the group into GT1 & GT2, and maybe even GT3 for the newbies.
