I've had personal experience with Neil and his father Joe from Horse Power Solutions. Joe owned the business and eventually sold it to someone else after failing to find investors.
Mark and Nolan at campbells have built several motors for me and have tuned a couple other cars for me on the dyno. They also sponsor the drag races every weekend at castrol.
I'd go Campbell Automotive hands down. Nothing wrong with Neil at HPS as far as I know, but I'd never ever let him tune my car. Too small of an operation for my liking.
