8 second street car...very impressive!!!

The best part is it was accomplished like two years ago with the standard A&A kit and ysi blower. No flip drive, 10-ribs, custom intercooler etc...and on a 17" drag radial to boot!!!

Its incredible how well behaved the car is going down the track (for an 8sec car).

There was some other help too-like 2 bottles of Nitrous. Saw the car at ATCO and it never even came close to backing up those runs-I think 9.5's and 9.4's is all it ran.

Actually 8 rib still.


Nitrous was not used on the 8 second pass. We ran it at atco and were trying a new tire. Best that day was a 9.2 with a 1.65 60 foot. On the 8.8 pass it was 1.32

The nitrous was installed after it went 8's. We mainly did it for looks bc that day GM High Tech was at atco shooting the pics for the article.
