Default Need one little O ring for '79 brake caliper..

While taking apart one of my brake calipers to clean up for painting (which I realized I really didn't have to do) I lost one of the little O rings that go inside. Is there anywhere, like C.Tire, Napa, GM dealer where I can just go buy the O rings?

Thanks.

Try NAPA or an implement dealer. Make sure it is EPDM material.

Made lots of phone calls but nothing unless I buy the entire rebuild kit. A couple places said if I bring one of the other ones in maybe they could match it.. Might have to go that route..
Thanks

Yeah that's how you usually do it - match up the o-ring.
Don't know if you were hoping to find someone stocking an o-ring for the left front caliper on a '78 Vette - that is not something that's going to happen.

I was at a cruise up your way tonight and brought my o-ring kit - had sent a general email that i hoped you might see and come out.
I actually had some kits with me to match the kit o-rings to.

Thanks for the thought. I happened to win $120.00 at Georgian Downs yesterday afternoon so I took the Mrs. out for dinner. I just noticed the Bradford thread. I think I've found some anyway at a friend of mine who is a Corvette guy but thanks again.

I think those o rings are very common size. Believe that caliper was used from 65 through 82.
