I'm assuming these are the "Corvette Nationals" that got rained out last year? we need a rental day this year too.... early spring with good air... our vendours and sponsors should step up and get something going!

It was $55 btw, I'm looking at my receipt from last year's event ....... Since the sponsoring club puts a lot of effort and expense into the event with food, organization, trophies etc, wouldn't bother me a bit to pay again even though I was told we'd get a freebie since it was rained out...,
Part of the $55 was TMP's gate fee I think....

Is this a racing event or just a play around test and tune type of thing?

I might come by and watch and take photos.. not planning to take the Z back there again. Their lot is a sad excuse for pavement.

Does anyone know how busy this event is? Think I may go down with my Oldsmobile and test and tune to try and dial in my suspension.

That's too bad Sami would have liked to see your car at the track. They have made some improvements to the pits, still not perfect but better.

I was there recently and they have filled in all the pot holes in the staging lanes... Now the problem is there's a millions stones everywhere... They need to clean the staging lanes up...
