I've tried to reach out to him but can't get a reply over the last week.

Not sure if it matters but the email link you provided is wrong. Probably CF got it truncated or you didn't want to put the full address in or something.

This is the correct email address and I've sent him an email. Have you tried calling him?

I used Dave’s serivice last week for a safety as I sold my C7 and needed a cert. I was in and out in 45 min and had nothing but a positive experience. This was my first time bring it to Dave’s and he really seems like nice and professional person. I would not hesitate to recommend him! I also felt much more at ease bringing it to a Vette shop rather then the dealer.

Well I did get a reply back from Dave and I'm not going to get into it here but he did say he will reply to your email. He also mentioned the following:

Hey Guys …… l just posted this same question in a much older thread so hoping this thread might get me a quicker reply. Does Dave have much experience with chrome bumper C3’s? I am looking for someone to trust with my very original LT-1.
