Default Vancouver BC Dealer advice?

I don't really like the service I get from my dealer. Does anyone live around here that can recommend a good dealer for service? or are they all more/less the same?

How about a decent dealer in Kelowna or Kamloops

I've dealt with Preston in Langley, bought a car from them for my daughter. They also sponsor the B.C. Corvette Club - I've had a good experience there.

I go to Carters in BBY, see Larry Wong , Service Manager. Have had good results. I do not use Prestons.

Yes, Preston's is, indeed, the sponsor of the BC Corvette Club (www.bccorvetteclub.ca). I can't speak from personal experience w/respect to their Service Department (haven't needed them, yet) but I know the owner and he's a good guy who's deeply concerned about his customers having a positive experience. If you're unsatisfied with any of their work, try to resolve it with the Service Manager first, and then, if you're still not happy, ask to speak to Peter Heppner. My guess is that you won't need to go that far.
